Who We are

The purpose of the Cherokee Cultural Society of Houston (CCS) is to build community, to preserve Cherokee heritage, to perpetuate the Cherokee culture and to build the future of our people.

Membership is open to all who are interested in Cherokee culture. There are no requirements to "prove" Native or Cherokee heritage. Persons of all ethnic groups are most welcome. You never know, you may meet a cousin.

CCS activities are family friendly and intended for all ages.

All events are alcohol and drug free!

CCS is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization run by volunteers.
